In case you hadn't heard, there's a new Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds record coming out next week. "Push the Sky Away" seems to find them in a more mellow and contemplative state...and that suits me just fine, as a new Nick Cave album is always something to be stoked for. Watch the video for "Jubilee Street" below (uncensored), and here's to hoping i can sneak into the band's SXSW performance in three weeks.
My BEAUTIFUL special edition arrived today, however I've been listening to it in digital form since last night. I think it is one of his best (and that's saying something cuz NC&TBS have made a lot of records and they're all great). Do what you can to get into that performance. Tix for the LA show were a criminally priced $140 so I passed, esp. when seeing every other city my wife researched were $30.
