This last week during SXSW here in Austin, i managed to see a lot of music, but unfortunately did not get to see much hip-hop this year. I did get to see burgeoning Houston rapper Fat Tony though, and he was excellent. Listen to and download "Hood Party," below from the upcoming album "Smart Ass Black Boy," coming out in June from
