If Sweden's Westkust don't have some kind of shrine to Creation Records set up in their rehearsal space, then something is amiss. The five-piece, which includes members of Makthaverskan, weave a swirly, dreamy, reverb-heavy mix of shoegaze and pop with hints of post-punk splattered throughout. I would have loved these guys 20-something years ago...hell, i love them now. Listen to "Swirl" below and look for the upcoming "Last Forever" LP on
